At the end of 2016, Dr. Nathan Poel took over ownership of Ottawa Beach Dental. The business purchase required a quick transition between owners, which left Poel in the dark about the business’ network and its data.

“With very little notice, STS used our backed-up data to assemble a temporary server and provide operational workstations before our normal patient care commenced a couple of days later,” Dr. Poel explains. “Mark’s response to our crisis was immediate, and his fast action and long hours minimized the damage to our dental practice.”
After STS repaired their system, Ottawa Beach Dental did not have to reschedule a single patient appointment due to IT loss.
