How STS Fixed Their Problem
The biggest risk the Dykehouse Company faced as a result of data loss was time. STS replaced their out-of-date server and, eventually, implemented two additional servers to accommodate the company’s backup and data storage needs. STS also replaced Dykehouse’s technology infrastructure, including its phone system.
