How STS Fixed Their Problem
To accommodate their business growth, Controller Dawn Brinker explains, STS installed a server system and has repeatedly upgraded the server as well as the company’s hardware and software.
Their primary concern is preserving their business’ accounting data CAD files. Brinker emphasizes the importance of their business having regular back-ups of this information.
“We are being backed up several times a day—off premises,” she points out. “We have also come a long way on preventing viruses, phishing, and spamming. We have protection on both our server system and individual computers.”

“You name it, they have fixed it for us—software issues, hardware issues, spam, viruses,” Brinker adds. “Sometimes it is a quick remote in to fix the problem. Other times they come to our office to fix and occasionally they have to take hardware back to their office. They almost always respond within an hour.”
